To shorten development time, genOway has selected two approaches. The first is based on innovative molecular and cellular technologies, and the second involves developing stem cell based differentiation protocols.

DNA technologies

genOway has developed two patented technologies called Rapid KO™ and KANAR™ that shorten development time by several months. Also, these technologies strongly reduce the risk of delay in the development of models.


	Rapid KO™ is a proprietary DNA library specially designed for targeting vector construction.

	KANAR™ is a proprietary cloning technology allowing a marked increase in cloning efficiency.

Combining these two technologies strongly reduces development time. Complementary technologies are under development that should improve the reliability and the speed of model development even further.
