What sets our model apart?
Our CD34+ HSC-reconstituted genO-BRGSF-HIS mouse model, which features functional human lymphoid and myeloid compartments, enables translational safety assessment of antibodies targeting hCCR8 and/or hCCL1, thanks to the CCR8 expression in peripheral Tregs.
