AstraZeneca tested AZD5863, a TCE targeting CD3 and Claudin 18.2, using our genO-panhCD3 mouse and observed tumor growth inhibition in mice implanted with CLDN18.2-expressing MC38 cells:

Efficacy testing of TCE in combination therapy

Using the genO-hCD3ε mouse model, Pfizer showed that their new TCE, PF-07260437, induced significant tumor growth inhibition and CD8+ T-cell infiltration in the tumor. These effects were even stronger when used in combination therapy with a mouse anti-PD1, showing that this model is a useful tool for assessing different treatment regimens.
