Design of the genO-CT26-hCD47-LZ cell line

The CT26 cell line was derived from BALB/c murine colon carcinoma cells. They form solid tumors at high frequency when inoculated subcutaneously in immunocompetent mice.

We generated a genO-CT26-hCD47-LZ clonal cell line expressing human CD47 (NCBI GeneID: 961) and an optimized dual fusion reporter, luciferase-ZsGreen (LZ). genO-CT26-hCD47-LZ cells form solid tumors in vivo. Isogenic luciferase-ZsGreen (LZ) cells are available.
