cGAS expression was assessed in brain and lung of 9-week-old WT and genO‑hcGAS mice by Western Blot.
genO‑hcGAS and WT mice were treated with cGAS small molecule inhibitor or vehicle and, after 24h, were injected with different dosage of BCV. 6h later, plasma was harvested from the mice and cytokine levels (IFN-α, IP-10, IFN-β) were evaluated.
